Manufacturing of products is difficult there really is no sugar-coating it. With over 15 years of experience of designing products for manufacturing, award-winning industrial designer and entrepreneur Ti Chang can attest that manufacturing hardware in not trivial. She is the co-founder of Crave - a manufacturer of luxury sex toys for women. Crave acquired her previous company Incoqnito- also a luxury sex toy company she bootstrapped. As a trained industrial designer who is also fluent in Mandarin, she will share her experience of how she sourced suppliers in China and continued the relationships as her company grew. She will share tactical tips on how to find factories, business etiquettes and red flags one should avoid.
