Sam Tarantino, former co-founder and CEO of streaming music pioneer Grooveshark, and Kristin Darga, Founder of Impact Founder will share about failure, and debunk the myth that failure is bad -  or that you can't recover from failure. After the loss of his $60MM company and the death of his co-founder and best friend, Sam Tarantino know's the depths of failure. In 2015, after years of fighting, it was too much and Grooveshark shut down. All of Sam's fears were coming true. He let his investors down, his family down. He let his employees down.

But he's not shy to try it again, he's extracted the lessons from Grooveshark and is applying them to Chromatic.FM.

Join us for a discussion on failure and how it's a massive part of being able to be successful. How to get comfortable with failure as an entrepreneur and extract the lessons failure teaches to get to the next phase of success. We don't set out to fail, but it happens often as an entrepreneur. Successful people fail a lot more than they succeed. Failure helps you recognize the areas where you need to evolve.
