The way we think is the way we perform. It’s true for our athletic endeavors just as much as it is in the business world. During this discussion, we will tackle subjects like meditation, flow, and other mental aspects of performance. Our conversation will give viewpoints on mental training, preparation, and execution. Also, we will touch on the frontiers of the field, in both the areas of research and new business opportunities. You will hear from Joanna Zeiger, author, coach, and former professional triathlete who competed in both the Olympics and the Ironman World Championships. When she is not coaching or training, Zeiger consults in the field of biostatistics. Alex Racey, former US Army  Special Operations Command, is currently the Director of Global Security – Executive Protection for Western Union Corporation. Racey pioneered a new enterprise solution for human performance optimization with Special Operations. Our moderator, Mark Williams, is a retired U. S. Air Force F-15 pilot. Prior to his current position leading the Cognitive Performance Institute at Black Lab Sports, Mark was the CEO of Dynamic Human Solutions which was focussed on training individuals for resilience, situational awareness and peak performance.
