Diversity: It’s what will drive Aerospace forward. For the data is in - diversity provides a strategic business advantage. By putting yourself in environments full of people of diverse backgrounds, organization can gain the long-term perspective needed to build a company over longer cycles. Increasing diversity in aerospace is critical because we all have biases which affect us unconsciously, which we must overcome to get to the best answer. And in space environment is a harsh mistress. Let's together interactively look at diversity from all angles - input to the job market (enough candidates?), hiring policies (are we fair?), job place environment (does it promote diversity?)
