Start the day with an introduction to meditation at the Boulder Shambhala Center! This 30 minute guided meditation offers tools for working with our emotional wellbeing and making us more effective. While meditation doesn’t take stress away, it can help make us champs at dealing with it.

Morning refreshments will be provided.
