Joining forces with the Stanley Brothers in early 2014, Graham served as Charlotte’s Web’s first Chief Operating Officer. As an agile start-up operations manager with an emphasis on quality management, Graham helped bootstrap and scale CW Hemp from its infancy into the category-leading brand in the sector, serving tens of thousands of families around the globe. Graham has 10 years experience in botanical dietary supplements, chemistry, biology, R&D, product formulation, and FDA. His passion lies in early-stage start-ups, innovation, recruitment, strategic initiatives and alliances and harnessing business as a force for good.
Graham currently holds the title of VP, Strategic Initiatives with CW Hemp and sits on the board of directors of the U.S. Hemp Roundtable. When not in the office you might find Graham wading through the streams and rivers of the Rocky Mountains telling himself, “just one more cast.”
