Paul has been "blockchaining" since 2012 after discovering the value of immutable, distributed records. He saw the power of this technology to improve transparency across some of our most data-intensive industries such as financial services and healthcare. He is a 30-year technology veteran with direct start-up (two public and one private exit) as well as Senior Management experience in the advanced technology practices of Ernst & Young and Accenture. He was a Partner and a member of the International Blockchain Lab in Philips Healthcare, Netherlands.

He supported and participated in the work of the WY Blockchain Coalition that created landmark US legislation (3/2018) to create the only Blockchain/Cryptocurrency/Token innovation framework for the US. He was a 2018-19 Governor Appointee to the Colorado Blockchain Task Force to bring the Digital Token Act and digital regulatory framework into Colorado. He is often a speaker on these topics at national and international conferences.

Paul also advises several Blockchain start-ups in the healthcare, IoT and Consumer space. He has working knowledge and more than 17-years of experience with high security, enterprise data systems, decentralized computing (Azure, AWS, Google), and their predecessors.

An Honors graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Fintech/Blockchain Certificate Program. He has his MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, Babson College and is an Honors graduate of Northeastern University, College of Health Sciences. He is also an Adjust Professor at Harvard University in the Graduate Extension School.

When not traveling you will find him cycling, hiking, spreading the knowledge and wonder of beekeeping and the importance of pollinators in the community, participating in community meet-ups and chasing his grandchildren on hiking trails.
