Mr. Paul Quigley is the CEO/ Founder of Cornerstone Healthcare Consulting, an 12-year old boutique healthcare technology and consulting firm and the Founder of Colorado-based start-up, BlocLab Enterprises,Inc.. BlocLab is focused on two projects: bringing blockchain technology into the Health IoT /sensor sector, consumer-centric medical information control -including genomics using tokens.  He is also a member of the Founding team and Advisor for DCntral.io, a next generation security, IOT, End point platform and is part of the WY Blockchain Coalition that helped create landmark US legislation (3/2018) to create the only Blockchain/Cryptocurrency/Token innovation framework for the US.  He is trying to bring this legislation into Colorado to establish a Rocky Mountain Innovation corridor.  He is often a speaker on these topics at national and international conferences.


Paul also advises several Blockchain start-ups in the healthcare, IoT and Consumer space.  He has working knowledge and experience with large scale data systems, decentralized computing and high security systems (Azure, AWS, Google), and their predecessors for more than 17 years.


He has direct start-up (two public and one private exit) as well as high growth and corporate experience with Big-4 consulting firms, large health systems, physician networks and health insurers.  He was a Partner and a member of the International Blockchain Lab in Philips Healthcare, Netherlands, and was a Senior Manager in the Healthcare and Emerging Technology Practices of Ernst & Young, LLP and a Senior Manager, Healthcare Life Sciences, at Accenture, Inc.  


An Honors graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Fintech/Blockchain Certificate Program.  He has his MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, Babson College and is an Honors graduate of Northeastern University, College of Health Sciences.


When not traveling you will find him cycling, hiking, spreading the knowledge and wonder of beekeeping and the importance of pollinators in the community, participating in community meet-ups and chasing his grandchildren on hiking trails.
