Jane Pater Salmon is the founder and CEO of Boulder-based Homecourt Partners. Homecourt Partners supports leaders who want to intentionally create teams to drive the development of the organization and its internal and external team members. We partner with our clients to develop strategies, programs, and practices that will accelerate progress toward their vision of success.

Homecourt Partners builds on the work that Jane did within a small, growing company and its acquiring corporation over nearly a decade. That work and the empowering leadership style in the organization resulted in high levels of retention, performance, and employee satisfaction. 

She brings nearly 20 years of experience in the realms of clean energy and sustainability. Her career has included a Fulbright to study climate change policy, work on watershed issues in the Great Lakes region, and stops with the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), Summit Blue Consulting, and Navigant.
